Brush-a Brush-a

It is helpful having a big sister.  Since Dani wants to do EVERYTHING Lily does, getting her to do things like brush her teeth is pretty easy.  Dani loves to brush her teeth and usually after about 10 minutes we have to force her to give up the toothbrush!

 

Mario Kart

Mario Kart has made a major resurgence here at our house.  It seems to go in phases and we are back on a Mario Kart phase.  Dani is loving it and Chip is in heaven playing video games with his girls.

Stinker

We still have the baby gates up and try to keep Danielle contained to the living room most of the time.  It just helps contain the mess and she is a little more adventurous and crazier than Lily ever was.  But I still let her "free" once a day or so since the freedom makes her so happy.  This is where I found her the other day:

She took a seat at the table, set up the ipad and was watching Disney Junior.  She's too clever for me!

Soccer

The Spring Soccer season started this weekend.  So we literally came home from cookie sales, took off the Daisy vest and put on the soccer jersey!  She is on the same team, but it is slightly different.  Carys, Emily and Courtney are still on her team.  But we have 4 new girls which include Maggie and Sophie from her class and new coaches -- Coach Rhiannon and Coach Ben!!  Lily wasn't that excited to continue with soccer, but I know she is having fun and she did great at her first game!

Go Lily!!  These are my favorite shots since they make her look totally athletic and like a real soccer star! ;)

More Girl Scout Cookies!

Lily had her last booth sales this Saturday morning.  She was so excited and had SO much fun.  She is seriously bummed that the booth sales are over, so I told her when the weather warms up she can have a lemonade stand. It is so cute watching her come out of her shell and try to sell cookies to strangers.

Sparkly Shoes

I told Dani it was time to go bye bye and get her shoes on and she came over wearing a pair of Lily's pink sparkly shoes.  She was so proud and excited . . .  and got SO pissed when I made her take them off and put her shoes on her.  I think I need to get her a pair of her own sparkly pink shoes!

Crazy Hat Hair

It's been cold and windy this week which means hats for Danielle and hats and crazy hair don't mix too well.

Ice Cream Man

Cora came over for a playdate on Thursday and the girls came in from the backyard screaming that they heard the ice cream truck!!  They were so excited, so we had to run out and get a treat!

Cuddle Time

Every night before bed we have "cuddle time" where we all pile into our bed and hang out for a bit.   It is the favorite part of my day -- because I get to cuddle with my babies and because it is almost bed time! :)  I LOVE this picture I got of them with mu phone.  Dani was yelling "cheese" and Chip and Lily were cracking up.  They are all so cute!

 I was bored, so I did her hair.  It is amazing what a difference it makes.  She looks so different.

Abby!

Last Saturday while Lily and I were at her Girl Scout Cookie Booth, Dani went to play at Abby's house.  It was nice to be able to drop her off and know that she wasn't going to care that I was gone (I don't even think she knew).  So on Sunday I was more than to return the favor when Rhiannon needed someone to watch Abby.  The girls had so much fun playing together!  They are just too cute!

Lily was jealous that Dani got a playdate, so Logan came over to play with Lily.   It was actually nice to have Lily occupied so I could concentrate on the "babies".
