Hip Hop Time!

It's time for Lily's annual dance recital.  This year she took a hip hop class instead of Tap/ballet.  She loves it and she is so cute up there hip hopping to "It's On" from Camp Rock 2! :)

 You can only take pictures during dress rehearsal, but they rocked it for both shows!!  They really were one of the highlights of the whole recital -- and I'm not just saying that since Lily is in the number.  People were coming up to her backstage and saying the same thing!

The recital was over about 8:00.  We all went back to Rhiannon's house for dinner and play.  Since we started so late, it ended up being a pretty (fun) and late night.  The kids all passed out.

First Week of Summer

We got off to a good start this summer!  

Sleeping in (in Mommy's bed) most days.

A birthday party for Dani's playgroup friend, Leah, at the sand and fountains followed by lunch at Whataburger. 

Lily "accidentally" squeezing a whole ketchup pouch which landed on Dani.

Lily had a playdate with Sasha and Vicka on Tuesday.  Wednesday Dani and Lily went to Logan and Truitt's house for a playdate and then Logan came over to spend the night.

Friday morning we went with playgroup to the Library to make our own instruments.

Then the girls and I went shopping and out for frozen yogurt!

Not to mention nice downtime with reading and play.  I LOVE summer!!
