The last party I threw this week was Dani's playgroup Christmas party at our house . . . which turned into an all day celebration!! I set up a hot chocolate bar and had reindeer and snowman donuts. We also decorated gingerbread men and made ornaments. It was all pretty cute, if I do say so myself.
I had clear ornament bulbs and tons of fun glitter, ribbons, pom poms, bells, etc to fill the bulbs however they liked.
The best part for Dani was having Abby here!! We watched her all day while Rhiannon had the twins school party, Dani was thrilled to have her own playdate with Abby.
The group -- minus Victoria, who left before we thought to take the picture.

Abby and Dani having lunch and watching "Frosty the Snowman" after their playgroup friends left.
When Lily woke up that morning and saw all the fun things I had planned for Dani she was pretty sad to miss out (even though I had very similar Christmas parties for her playgroups). Since we had hot chocolate, ornaments and gingerbread men left over I invited all her friends to come over after school to celebrate the beginning of Christmas break and keep the party going!!
My full car load home from school -- Logan, Dani, Abby, Lily, Avery and Ella.
The big girls loved the hot chocolate and all the fixins!!

Ella, Brendan, Tenley, Katie and Roo were also over for the fun!

It was such a perfect, fun day that Christie, Julie and Julie -- along with Harper, Brendan, Tenley, Ella, Avery, Sophie, Katie and Roo stayed for dinner. We ordered pizza and hung out past 10pm. It was the best after school playdate ever!!
