Playgroup at the Farm

Friday Dani had playgroup at a little farm and petting zoo out in the "country".  Lily had been here before when she was little for a birthday party, so it was fun for me to go back with Dani.  She was SO excited the whole way there to see the animals!!  Of course when we got there all she wanted to do was play in the playhouse and on the swingset.  :)

She didn't hesitate at all to feed the animals.  She went right up to them.  She even went through like 3 cups of food.  It was so cute!

She really wanted to hold the baby chick . . .  but then changed her mind.

After we were there for an hour, they had a little presentation in the barn where the kids learned about various animals and got to pet them.  Dani petting every one.

She got cold while playing play-doh.  

Beauty Parlor

Lily opened a "beauty salon" and did Dani's hair.  Shocking, Dani sat there and let her do it without screaming -- she doesn't do that for me!!

Then the next day, Dani decided to do her own hair . . .

She was so mad at me when I had to re-do it.  

Spring Party

Saturday night was the neighborhood Spring party.  It is the party of the year and SO much fun.  It gets better and better every year as we get to know more and more of our neighbors.  They have bounce houses, games, a clown, a magician, a live band, a train, a rock wall, a photo booth, tons of activities, too much food and drinks and alcohol.  It is amazing.  I love our neighborhood.

It was Sister Vs Sisters in the inflatable ping pong ball shooter tent thing.  Dani and Lily against Abby and Macy.

Train rides!!  Dani rode the train half a dozen times with Macy and Truitt.  She loved it.

Just like the previous night at the school carnival, Lily is old enough now (and we are comfortable and know most the people there) to just run around and play with her friends!  So she was off doing her thing most of the night.  She had SO much fun!
