Cowboy's Stadium!

Friday Mindy, Paul and I took three of the girls for a tour of the Dallas Cowboys Stadium.  Chip worked the night before, so he was sleeping and Lily had school.  I've been to the stadium a few times -- the first time for the opening and the George Strait concert where I got to see all the behind the scenes tunnels and stuff on field level.  Then again for Taylor Swift and an actual Cowboy Game -- both of which were on different suite levels, so I got to see all the fancy stuff too.  But the tour was still awesome to hear about how it was made, what it costs, etc.  We got to see locker rooms, offices, press area and run out on the field though the same door the Cowboys  use.  It was pretty cool.  I want to take Chip back soon.

Jerry's view.

It's pretty unimpressive as a suite.

Rae and Dani

The cheerleaders had a locker ready for Danielle and me!

That's where the Cowboys pee!!!

The Miler Lite club area that the team run through on the way to the field.

Here come Dani and Rae!

Just like Romo and Witten!

Sitting on the sidelines.

Standing under the ginormous TV -- it is kinda scary under there.

Dani had the most fun running around the field.

It was a fun afternoon!

Mindy and Co.

It only took six and a half years, but my lifelong bff Mindy, her husband Paul and her daughters Raegan and Brielle came to visit us!!  I was so excited to see them and finally meet her girls.  It's always great seeing old friends because we picked up like we still see each other on a regular basis!

Me and Bri!
All the girls.
They arrived on a Thursday evening, so we just ordered pizza and hung out the first night.  It was great to catch up and watch all the girls play!

"Mario Kart"

Dani brought her little Mario Kart toys to Grandma and Grandpa's house and (of course) Grandpa turned it up a notch with wooden ramps so the cars could really race!  Needless to say, Dani was a fan.

Big Girl Bed

Since Dani did so well at Disney on the couch bed and since she is nearly three and a half we decided it was time to convert her crib to a toddler bed.  She was SO excited for her "big girl bed" with new Frozen bedding!!

She's been doing great!!  Staying in bed and sleeping well.  It was a big deal for me to drop the crib AND the sleep sac at the same time, but she was obviously ready.
