Easter Morning

Lily woke up to find that the Easter Bunny had been here!!!!! He filled her basket with a chocolate bunny, new flip flops, Rapunzel panties, a Rapulzel beach towel, the DVDs "Tangled" and "Fantasia" and some puzzles! He also brought her a Barbie car and the pink stuffed bunny that she HAS to have every time we go to Target.

The egg hunt begins! Inside again this year since it rained last night (and there are snakes out there!) :)

Dyeing Easter Eggs

Last night on Easter Eve we dyed our Easter eggs, as is our tradition. Lily had a lot of fun and surprisingly, we didn't make a mess at all! :)

Good Bye - part 2.

A few weeks ago when trying to find space in my closet to hang up my maternity clothes, I got a crazy bug and just started cleaning out my closet. They were packed FULL and I literally didn't have space or a hanger for anything new. The hoarder in me had a hard time letting some of my clothes go (goodbye Honeymoon outfits and engagement photo ensemble!) :( But the shop-a-holic in me knew that if I wanted new clothes after this baby was born, something had to go. Yesterday a charity came and picked up my 5 large trash bags of clothes. :(
(** But I did keep the red man capris Chip had to buy in Italy! I'm keeping those pants forever!)

Good Byes

Friday after school we went by my parent's house to say goodbye to Linda, Scott and Jeremy. Before Jeremy's nap and before they headed out to the airport, we all went to the park to play. It was fun and bittersweet knowing they had to go. But we'll see them again soon!

Playgroup Easter Egg Hunt

Thursday for playgroup we all met at Rhiannon's parent's house for an Easter Egg hunt. We thought it would be fun to do it there since they live in the country and have tons of land. However, Mother Nature had a different plan and it lightly rained all morning. We did get a break in the rain to hide and hunt the eggs around the tennis court, but then spent the rest of the morning/afternoon inside running around the house. The kids didn't care they still had a blast.
