Thursday we met up with Carys, Matthew and Logan, their friend from school at the Indoor Safari Park. It is new and is interesting. It was just a big space filled with toys, indoor playgroup equipment and decorted in a cheap safari theme. It was incredible cheesy, but the kids LOVED it. Lily was especially fond of the ball pits under the play areas. I never realized it before, but this was her first ever time in a ball pit! You don't see them much anymore -- I think they fell out of favor after some less than desirable items were found in some. Nonetheless, Lily has not stopped talking about the balls. I enjoyed it since it is getting hot out -- it is a great indoor summer play place! :)
