Summer School

Lily started summer school this week and we are both glad she did! The week we had off was enough to bore her to death and I am not exactly feeling like running all over town from play date to activity in the summer heat. Plus, she LOVES school and all her best friends are there -- Carys, Matthew, Makayla and Emily -- so it is like a play date itself. What makes this even more exciting is that she stays after class for a handwriting class with her friends and she gets to bring a lunch!!! This is like the coolest thing ever for these kids. I am glad she is liking it -- It is a long day, from 9-1:15, but only for the month of June. Then we go back to being bored.
