After Dani's nap on Tuesday we went down to the Uptown area of Dallas to ride the McKinney Ave Trolley. I though it would be a fun outing for the girls and for Chip and me since after 5 years of living here we haven't had a lot of time to get out and explore our city. Uptown is the place to be for young professional types. Lots of fun restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.
First we had lunch at the Pop Diner.

After our trolley ride we went for ice cream. I wasn't planning on getting Dani her own, but she got SO excited and kept pressing her little nose up against the freezer case. She was yelling "Me!! Me!! Pees" (please). How do you say no to that??
She was so happy!
I know, I took a lot of pictures of her eating -- but it was seriously the cutest thing.

This picture cracks me up since they have the same expression and mannerisms. They actually look like sisters!
