Relaxing Day

Today was a very mellow day. Lily woke up at 6:40, which considering that is 8:40 Texas time and the fact that she went to bed at 8pm, is pretty good. Then we spent the whole day relaxing, playing at my parent's house and spending quality time with my sister and nephew. Linda and Jeremy came over at about 11:30 after they woke up and got ready and then spent the whole rest of the day here. Lily and Jeremy even took a nap at exactly the same time and woke up at the same time. It was perfect!!

The first thing Lily wanted to do this morning is play the duck game.

Sleeping Beauty even made a brief appearance.

Jeremy and Aunt Vicki

A better photo, with my hair down. :)

Trying to make tummy time more exciting for him by giving him some princesses to look at.

Crazy Aunt Vicki dressed him up a little!
(but only for 30 seconds, Scott, and then I took it all off! I swear!) :)

I love that little boy!

Me and my baby Jeremy and Mom and her baby Cinderella were watching "Jungle Junction".

Napping in Mommy's arms.

Playing "Battle of the Sexes" with Grandpa.
Yeah, I really didn't ask what was going on, I just took a photo and left. :)

Playing with Anda and running from the bear and alligators! Run!

"Run! They are right behind you!"

She found an old baby toy in her room to play with.

Playing McDonalds

For dinner (since I had to get out of the house at least once today) we went to the new Bob’s Big Boy. Growing up we had a Bob’s here in Downey, but it turned into a Carrows years ago. Then a few years back they tried to tear down the iconic Johnny’s Broiler – site of many many movies. To make a long story short -- people protested, they saved the land part of the building and turned it into a Bob’s Big Boy restaurant. So I had to go and check it out. (Lily was not in the mood for pictures).

Lily was hiding from the camera.

Helping to calm Jeremy in his stroller.

See that spot on the left where all the guys are standing? That is the very spot where I met the Coreys -- yes Corey Haim and Feldman when they were filming "License to Drive" :)
