Christmas Lights . . . InStyle

My friend Julie sent a group text last minute trying to get a group together to take a carriage ride to look at Christmas lights!  It has been on my "to-do" list for years now since we always see the horse drawn carriages while we are out driving around looking at lights, so I was totally in!  I felt kind of bad since Chip had to work and miss out, but we can do it again next year! :)

We were the only ones who could go, so our group was just me, Julie, Ben, Lily, Dani, Caroline, Sam and their nephew Matthew.  It was fun.  I brought Christmas cookies to snack on.  The carriage played Christmas carols and the weather was perfect -- we've had a really warm December, so we did not freeze out there which was nice.

So fun and hopefully a new holiday tradition!!
