Random Lily Photos

Lily got some brief daddy time last night. Chip has finals this week (2 on Saturday and 1 on Monday), so every free minute he has - which is not many, is spent studying. It is not like Lily gets to spend much time with Chip anyway, but she really misses him this week. So last night when he came downstairs to refill his water bottle and Lily said in her sad little baby voice 'don't go do homework daddy, stay with me and watch Ratatouille with me!", Chip compromised and gave her a quick ride around the house before he had to get back to work!

Although it is blurry, I love Lily's smile and Chip's look of concern as she had just bounced her jaw into his hard head. Apparently it didn't hurt her one bit!

(then this afternoon Lily was giving her dolls rides on her head and said "Look, like Daddy!!". I tried to get a picture, but as soon as the camera came out the rides stoped.)

The next photos are from this morning. On our way home from the grocery store Lily was singing her heart out to Taylor Swift. It was pretty cute! Of course when I tried to get a photo, she got all shy:

And finally pictures of Lily with her doll, Hannah. They are nothing special, but Lily and Hannah posed and she asked me to take her picture. Which is rare.

But we are all feeling better -- the cold seems to be gone! So I can't wait to go to Gymboree tomorrow and get back on schedule!!! It feels like we have been stuck in the house forever!
