COOKIES!

Christmas Eve Eve is always our cooking baking day!  The girls get so excited for it -- I'm not sure why, they only last about 10 minutes before getting bored.  But it is still a fun tradition.  This year we made sugar cookies with sprinkles, snowballs, a corn flake wreath, toffee/saltine candy and "Texas Gold" or Butter Bars, as Paula Deen calls them.

The girls were most helpful with the sprinkles -- almost too helpful, since it took forever for them to precisely sprinkle each cookie.

I think there are cookies under there. . .

Lily added the red hots to the corn flake wreath.
And Dani put the nuts on the toff/saltine treats!
