Epcot!

Since Monday was technically a holiday (MLK day) we decided to go to Epcot that day since it is our least favorite park and there isn't a whole lot to do, so crowds wouldn't be a big deal.  It wasn't too crowded and we got to do all that we wanted to -- and even tried some new rides this time!

Our first ride was Spaceship Earth which is one of Lily's favorite and a pretty cool ride about the past and future developments in communication and technology.

Finding Nemo ride!
Manatees at the aquarium

Mickey Mouse!!!

Dani was SO happy and excited to meet Minnie!!  She loves Minnie Mouse.

Next we tried out "Test Track" a race car ride.  Technically Dani was about a 1/4 of an inch too short, but we got her on.  You start out by designing your own car.  Dani's was very "Dani" tiny, pink and sparkly.

Lily's was blue with butterflies.

You take "your" car on a track where it goes up to 70 mph.  It was pretty fun!  I liked it a lot and so did the girls.

A Cronut!!!  (Crossiant Doughnut)  SO good.

Still in England

More England . . .

Meeting Alice.

Lunch with the Princesses

Dani discovered that her stroller reclined and made us push her around while she chillaxed all day.

We visited "The Land" where the Epcot scientists make huge fruit and vegetables and discover new ways to grow crops.

We left Epcot early since we did all we cared to do so the girls could have some pool time!!  Gotta love pool time in January.  It wasn't super warm -- low 70s, but the pool is heated, so they were happy.
