The Saturday after Christmas Lily and I went ice skating with a couple of her friends. Ice Skating is a big sport/hobby here, which is kind of shocking for Texas!! I've never really pushed it much since Lily isn't all that coordinated walking on the regular ground -- I couldn't ever really imagine strapping razor blades to her feet and setting her on ice. But she's been wanting to try it so we went!! It was fun! It went about how expected -- she stuck pretty close to the wall at the beginning, but got a little braver and ventured out with Charlie and Harper. She fell a few times and survived. It was a fun winter outing!
