Both Lily and I are going a little stir crazy being stuck at home. Lily has had some of her worst temper tantrums ever this week. I am not sure if it is because she is not feeling well, or if it is because she is tired of staying home with me and is bored! Probably a combination of the two! My Mom was nice enough to come by for awhile this morning to help keep Lily entertained! So that helped. Lily is doing a lot better, but she is still not 100% yet at all, so I am hesitant about taking her out for no good reason. And we can't go outside since it is too cold. We all hope this cold clears up soon! Here she is last night throwing fit because I wouldn't let her open a present. I was very very tempted to let her open one in hopes that a new toy would entertain her. But I thought better of it -- if I started this now, it would be a really really long week of wanting to open more presents and we can't have that!
I know, not the most flattering pictures, but I figured if I am going to document her everyday life I have to include all -- the good and the bad! One last picture of ice (since it has all melted - it is nearly twice as hot here today as yesterday, a whopping 45 degrees):

Wow, I didn't know it got that cold in Texas! We are freezing here, but I think it's still in the low 50's!
We are missing you guys! Your card was so cute! Can you believe I still have to do ours! Argh!!!!
Hi Vicki- Just thought I'd share that we have had temps below zero for the past week or so, and it has snowed over 2 feet since yesterday. I am still a Cali girl at heart, so I really hate this! But, its that price you pay to live somewhere good for your family. I hope Lily gets well soon, and that you don't get cabin fever too bad! Darcy
