This afternoon Lily said she was hungry and wanted a snack. So she went to the pantry and came back asking for . . . . corn??? Lily hates corn. She has been traumatized by corn. My mom had to pay her $1 at Thanksgiving to taste one kernel. Yet, today she wanted corn. So I made her corn and she ate half a bowl full. Maybe this is the beginning of trying new things?!?
Yes, she is in a highchair . . . in the middle of the living room. She pushed it all the way up in front of the TV herself today. But hey, if she wanted to eat corn, I wasn't going to argue about the highchair or highchair placement.
