International Exchange Day

Wednesday at Lily's school was "International Exchange Day". Since it is a private preschool with children from all nationalities, they don't celebrate any holidays. But this time of year, they have a day where everyone can bring an item from their holiday cultures to share with the class.

Since one of my favorite parts of Christmas is the presents wrapped up in pretty paper and ribbons, Lily and I bought all the kids a Christmas puzzles and wrapped them up all nice.

Our presents for the class.
As soon as Lily got home from school, she couldn't wait to check out all the stuff she got.
Opening her puzzle from herself. :)

She actually got 2 puzzles from Lily since one of her classmates moved this week.

Ornament kit from Makayla

Book from Luke

Christmas goodies from Carys and Matthew.

Chocolate Santa pop from Logan.

Christmas Cracker from Leo

Jingle Bell from Nolan

Pink candy cane from Elise.

Cookie from Parker

Tasting Indian Banana Chips from Manas.

Still tasting . . . . they were actually REALLY good and tasted more like potato chips than banana chips.

Later in the day we made the ornaments she got from Makayla.

All done!
