Today we are trying to have a more relaxing day. Lily has been tired and not sleeping well the last few days and I think it is because we have been having too much fun! Yesterday we did good and kept her to her schedule, but since she fell asleep on the way home from the fair on Thursday, she did not really nap and she seems to still be trying to make up for it! This morning we had to run to the mall to exchange her Halloween costume -- the 2/4 was way to small!! Yes, the mall -- since every mall here has to have a Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop. I think it is mandatory! And since her first Halloween party is this Monday, we have to be ready to go!! :) I did take pictures of her trying on her tiny Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader costume, but I will wait to post any pics of her until we actually get dressed up and ready to go! :)
These pictures are actually from Wednesday, but with the all the pictures from the fair and arboretum, I did not get a chance to post them.
She is not a fan of juice, so I thought maybe if I served it in a cup with a straw she would drink it. It kinda worked, but I think she was having more fun just playing with the cup and straw then actually drinking any apple juice!
Lily is a hair twirler. Lately since she has been tired, she has been doing it so much she is making huge knots in her hair! This pic shows her about to get her twirl on.
Grandpa loves to play catch with Lily. She is getting really good and catching and had no problem throwing things overhand! He wants to get her a bat next, but that makes me a little nervous. Not sure Lily and a bat would go together well! :)

Lily looks cute, as always...she is growing up fast!
I love the photos of everyday things Lily is doing. Playing ball with her Pa looks like lots of fun for both of them!
