I finally brought Lily in for her 3 year check up. With all the time we've spent at the doctor's office this year already, we have not managed to squeeze in her 3 year yet! It is not a major appointment -- no shots or anything. Just a developmental check, vision screening, height and weight measurements. She was fine and right on track. I wasn't really worried. She weighed in at 35.2 lbs and was in the 78% and is 39 inches tall and in the 79%. The doctor also rechecked her ear and said it looked great, no more fluid and the hole has healed nicely. So hopefully we won't have to go back again until her 4 year check up!!!!
We got room #1, her favorite room because it has the big mirror right next to the bed. She is always so happy and excited to go to the doctors. She loves it there and loves her doctor. Lily had to show the doctor all her scratches and boo boos, so she could make them better. It was pretty cute.
She is such a nerd.
I got my birthday present from Chip early -- a new iphone! But it is actually more a present for Lily than me since she plays with it much much more than I do. She is very excited now that she doesn't have to wait for Daddy to come home to play her games. At least it comes in handy keeping her entertained when we are waiting.
